Poor Lindsay Lohan. She just can't seem to stay out of the spotlight. Earlier this year, she rented a $115,000 Maserati and let her assistant drive it. Unfortunately, Lindsay's gal Friday drove the two-week-old vehicle into a Subaru, causing $10,000 in damages.
Lindsay, who has managed to secure a rep for being a "traffic drama mama," may have to ante up for her past auto-rental-neglect sins. TMZ reports that porn king Dennis DeSantis, producer of legendary skin flicks such as 'Origami So Horny' and owner of Specialty Car Craft in California, may consider taking the 'Mean Girls' star to court for unpaid bills. DeSantis claims that Lindsay owes him $10,260 for cars that she rented from his company in the past. Add to this outstanding amount $2,050 more for vehicle detailing and towing costs.
The grand total that Lindsay reportedly owes DeSantis: $12,310.
