"Kahleeefornia's" Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger called out his wife, Maria Shriver, for yapping on the cell phone while driving. Apparently a shutterbug from TMZ.com, the popular celeb news Web site, caught Cali's first lady back in July of this year and a few days ago DWY, or driving while yapping!
Last year, Schwarzenegger cracked down on the use of mobile phones in vehicles. As a matter of fact, he enacted a law that requires drivers to use a hands-free device when calling from their vehicles. He even took it a step further and added an addendum to one of the laws, which prohibits drivers under the age of 18 from using any type of cell phone in a vehicle, even hands-free and wireless devices. California lawmakers warned the public at the time that local authorities had been instructed to enforce the laws aggressively.
The fine for using a non-hands-free cell phone in a vehicle is $20 throughout California. Second and third offenses result in doubled and tripled fines, according to the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
Schwarzenegger Tweeted on Tuesday to TMZ.com founder Harvey Levin, "Thanks for bringing her violations to my attention. There's going to be swift action." Schwarzenegger spokesman Aaron McLear elaborates that by "swift action," the governor means he'll ask his wife not to hold the phone while driving.
Hey, Governor Ahhhnuld, how about "swift action-ing" Maria to fork over her checkbook to pay those fines you imposed!

I FEEL HER SHOULD BE FINE LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
JUST BECAUSE HER HUSBAND IS MAYOR IT DOESN'T MEAN SHE SHOULDN'T BE FINE.

Okay, Does anyone else get the feeling that the Kennedy's always get off when they break the law? Here is another example of the Kennedy's in action. Remember Ted Kennedy getting away with killing that young woman he had in the car with him and he just left her there to drown? Did he even get a slap on the wrist?
Fair is Fair!!! If you break the law you must pay your dues!! NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW!!!
