All-American cutie Stephanie Pratt, star of the reality show hit 'The Hills,' was arrested yesterday in Hollywood on suspicion of drunk driving. Pratt, 23, was cuffed in the wee hours of the morning after being spotted by LAPD and pulled over.

According to authorities, TV personality Spencer Pratt's lil' sis had been partying at fellow cast member Holly Montag's 26th birthday bash. Pratt was seen hanging at Empire, a hot L.A. nightclub.

Reportedly, Pratt and Montag left Empire at around 2 a.m. and hightailed it over to Beso, Chef Todd English and Eva Longoria's Latin cuisine hot spot, and were there until 3 a.m. Pratt was then seen leaving the eatery, sans her bud, and getting into her own vehicle.

Pratt was transferred to Van Nuys jail for booking and was released at around 10:30 a.m. on $5,000 bail. "It was your basic DUI," says LAPD Sgt. Sal Ogaz. "She was cooperative, and there were no issues with her arrest."
