Pimped out 14-Year-Old to Used Car Salesman

James Clarence Davis and Sandra Davis, both 36, purchased a 1998 minivan two years ago at a used car lot. Instead of making regular monthly payments for the financed vehicle, they forced their 14-year-old daughter to give the dealership's manager sex.

Wayne Bearden, 66, managed Shorty's Used Cars in Eastman, Ga. When Bearden met the couple back in 2007, the Dodge Caravan minivan they purchased was worth $10,678. The duo financed the vehicle and the monthly payments came to $281. According to Captain Tony Winborn of the Dodge sheriff's office, there are no records of the Davis's making any payments since then.

"It makes me personally sick to my stomach," Winborn said yesterday. "The only thing I can tell you is there were drugs involved in this family. It was some very sick, perverted stuff going on amongst the entire family.... Rhyme or reason, I couldn't tell you."

Sandra Davis and James Clarence Davis were both charged earlier this week with pandering and child molestation. James Davis is also charged with aggravated child molestation.

Bearden, on the other hand, was arrested on charges of alleged aggravated child molestation, one count of child molestation and with being in possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Interestingly enough, the used car salesman has a criminal rap sheet that goes on forever. Police records indicate that Bearden ran, unsuccessfully, for U.S. state senate in the 1970s. He also did three stints in state prison and a 19-month stretch in federal prison. In 1978, he was sentenced to two years for voluntary manslaughter in the handgun-shooting death of a friend. The sexagenarian also served nearly a year prison term in the early 1990s on marijuana-related charges. Bearden still couldn't stay on the straight and narrow in the 90s. In 1997, he was sent to federal prison for his role in a vote buying conspiracy in Dodge County in what was the largest election fraud prosecution in U.S. history.

Meanwhile, the sheriff's department states, that the Davis child is living in foster care in another county. Sheriff department investigators allege that Bearden wasn't the only person the couple had given their child to for sexual favors. They suspect that more people will be charged.
